By accessing and using AI Expense Tracker ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

AI Expense Tracker is a mobile application that helps you track expenses, manage accounts, and analyze your financial data. We offer both free and premium subscription plans.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription Plans

Free Plan: 3 accounts and expense tracking.

Premium Plan: $4.99/month, includes unlimited accounts, Advanced voice AI commands, priority support, Smart insights (Coming Soon), Budget planning tools (Coming Soon), and Export reports (Coming Soon).

Trial: New users may receive a 3-day free trial of Premium features. After the trial period, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel.

5. Payment and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payments are processed securely through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)
• You can cancel your subscription at any time in your device Settings (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's or Google's refund policy

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Refunds are handled according to Apple's or Google's respective refund policies.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems. This action cannot be undone.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
