How do I use voice commands to add expenses?
Voice commands make it easy to add transactions hands-free. Simply speak naturally:
"debit Chase minus 50 Starbucks"
"credit LMCU plus 500 paycheck"
"Debit BOA minus twenty-three Walmart"
Format: [account name] [minus/plus] [amount] [description]
The app will automatically recognize your account names, amounts (numbers or words), and transaction descriptions.
How do I create and manage accounts?
You can create multiple accounts (checking, savings, credit cards, cash, etc.) in the app:
- Go to the Accounts screen
- Tap the "+" button to add a new account
- Enter account name, type, and initial balance
- Free plan: Up to 3 accounts
- Premium plan: Unlimited accounts
What's the difference between Free and Premium?
Free Plan:

Premium Plan ($4.99/month):

How do I subscribe to Premium?
You can subscribe to Premium directly in the app:
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Tap "Subscribe to Premium"
- Complete payment via App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)
- Your subscription activates immediately
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Settings (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
How do I view my transaction history?
The Transactions screen shows all your expenses and income:
- Quick Filters: All, Expenses, Income
- Account Filter: View transactions for specific accounts
- Search: Find transactions by description
- Custom Range: Select any date range (coming soon)
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time:
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Tap "Manage Subscription"
- Follow the prompts to cancel
My voice commands aren't working. What should I do?
If voice commands aren't working, try these steps:
- Check that microphone permissions are enabled in your device settings
- Ensure you're speaking clearly and in a quiet environment
- Try using the wake word "hey tracker" if enabled in settings
- Make sure your account names match what you're saying
- Restart the app or contact supportif issues persist
Is my financial data secure?
Yes! We take your privacy and security seriously:
- All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
- We use Firebase (Google Cloud Platform) for secure data storage
- Payments are processed securely through Apple App Store or Google Play
- We never share your financial data with third parties
- You can delete your account and all data at any time
